I’m really proud of myself beauties! I just completed the recording of the first weeks lower body workout for my camp goers in Camp Quarantine! I never expected that my workout schedule, attracting new Personal Training clients, and my own body goals would be put on hold when I planned my paradigm shift. I thought it would be challenging, but not quite like this. Here’s what I’ve learned though: First of all, you gotta remain calm and positive even in adversity. Learning how to stay focused on a goal at hand even though it may seem like the whole world is crumbling around you is a skill we could all use right now. Secondly, your ability to pivot left, or right while also creating a NEW strategy on the fly, is just pure BADASSNESS.
And guess who's a bad ass? ME, that's who. Third, there will always be distractions and unforeseen challenges in life.
We should all see that now, right?
Your unfinished projects around the house, unmanifested goals and dreams, and the current lack of clarity you may be feeling right now reflect the distractions that take place in life. This is the reason why I’m constantly doing something to work on myself. Life isn't promised so I at least want to try to stay ahead of the curve.
Things change in a flash, and some things are just out of our control. The forth thing I've learned is, it’s how you respond to a thing is the only control you have. It’s mindset, it’s knowing who you are. It’s about resourcefulness. Many will still do nothing yet, bitch and moan about what they don’t have, rather than go inward. YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED. But what are you doing with it? This is not a time to drop the ball & become fearful, or hopeless. You CAN DO THIS! How are you going to respond?
How are you gonna look at what’s happening in your life right now? Pick up the ball and run with it. Start holding yourself accountable today. Sign up for “Camp Quarantine” TODAY! The Link in IG stories @iamgoddess1 bit.ly/campquarantine
