Don't Cheat Yourself, Treat Yourself

So lately, I've developed a group of women who want me to train them (so they say). I have no problem coaching and developing people who want to learn how to train, what to train, and how to eat (based on what I know works). I'm not the type of trainer who will hold your hand and do it for you. Some folks get the wrong idea of what getting fit, or shedding pounds will be like. It's NOT easy by any means. YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR IT, YOU have to want it. One girl told me I will do some cardio, but "I won't do the Stairmaster". Ok, I can't work with you. If you are telling me what you won't do before we even get started, AIN'T NOBODY GOT NO TIME FO DAT. One girl said, "I'll think about whether or not I want to change my diet." Ok, I can't work with you either. It's chest, not checkers. It's not about what you want to do. If you have all the answers, you don't need to be trained. JUST GET IT! If you want to be trained by me, I'm investing my time and commitment. It's not about taking your money every week. The time I'm spending with you, I could be investing in myself and THAT'S PRICELESS. You have to find the same COMMITMENT within yourself. I CAN'T and won't try to give you that. If you show up, I will in fact show you what I've learned and be supportive in helping you to see that when you put all the pieces to the puzzle together, it fits. It's a PROCESS that can't be cheated. Either you do, or you don't. Either you will, or you won't. You can't cheat and go half way and still get results. And furthermore, WHY CHEAT YOURSELF?
