Try This Morning Protein Boost!

I was introduced to this quick shake for my meal #1. I have been doing some fasted cardio in the mornings but sometimes I train a little late in the morning time and had not been getting enough of my macros in during the day. I'm now adding more protein and more carbs into my diet. I want to keep my size and just lean out (especially in my waistline).

It's pretty good and filled me up too. I could have this shake everyday without a problem. It's an easy way to get all your protein and carbs in, as well as have your caffeine, while you save time.

Here is what the recipe should have been.

- 4 Egg whites

- 1 Small scoop of dry old fashioned oatmeal

- 2 scoops of chocolate, or vanilla protein powder

- 1/2 baked sweet potato- sprinkle of ground cinnamon

- 1 cup of black coffee and blend.
