You have to be be willing to find the rainbow 🌈 at the end of the tunnel. In times like these you may feel like your life has been put on hold. You may even fear for your health, or the health of those you love 💕.

Now is the time to keep your vibrational frequency HIGH. You can’t be of service to anyone if you are not first and foremost of service to YOURSELF.

Most everyone is talking about this virus. You really have to protect your energy and keep your vibes, as well as your immune system high. Otherwise, the negative energy will consume you.

My vibrational frequency is something I strive to nurture, honor, and protect daily. Even before this whole pandemic started, I was always doing things that kept me energized with a positive attitude.

I want to share my tips to keep your vibrational frequency high.

1. I eat clean, life giving, and colorful foods. I love beautiful fruits and vegetables so I cook, & prepare foods that make me happy.

2. I buy myself beautiful fresh flowers 💐to lively up my room and my mood. You don’t have to wait for anyone to buy you flowers 🌺. Celebrate & reward yourself.

3. I turn on good music and I dance like no one’s watching (because no one is usually watching). Music has been known to boost your mood, soothe your soul, and eliminate symptoms of depression.

4. I listen to positive & motivational messages on YouTube. I also listen to audio books.

5. I take long, hot baths, with sea salt, essential oils, and dried flowers. Natural additives, are a great form of aromatherapy that reduce stress & anxiety, and also improve sleep quality.

6. I meditate and pray. Quieting the mind is a good way to recharge, re/connect, and re-energize yourself.

7. Find your grounding. Get out in nature (even for a moment). Take a walk around the neighborhood to get some sun. Open up your windows to get some fresh air and hear the birds. Vitamin D from sunlight also improves resistance against certain diseases.

8. Lastly, “Masturbate”. Yes, I masturbate. Hey, I’m single and I’m practicing “social distancing”. Anyway, It helps to relieve tension, elevates my mood, and boost concentration. If you have a partner, have sex!

Whatever you have to do to turn your lemons into lemonade, do it! High Vibes are very important right now.
